oreprovider is an open-source add-on service for Fedora that will let you disseminate digital objects stored in a Fedora repository as OAI-ORE Resource Maps.

A second beta release is now out. The big new feature is an additional setting called autocreation that let users automatically create Resource Maps from existing repositories without any modifications to the Fedora objects currently stored there.
